Vertical green lines appear on my Iphone 5 after dropping it on concrete floor?
I dropped my Iphone 5 on the floor and then when I picked it up, green vertical lines appear. It goes away after turning the device off however, the green lines appear when the device is switched back on. What should I do? I live in Australia fyi
Don't tell your carrier you dropped it and take it back as a fualty device.

I turned on my phone to see these vertical colored lines leaning towards the left side of the screen and taking up around 2/3 of it. The right side is working perfectly fine. Also, when I use the phone, it clicks random apps without me clicking on them. I tried to hard reset, and nothing worked. How do I fix this?
