I have an iphone 4s, and i have downloaded a ring tone?
From cellsea.com and it is in my music library and how do I convert it to my ring tone it is 25 seconds
It's a large process…
first make sure the tone 's in.m4r and not in mp3 format(usually these files are in mp3)
If it's mp3, convert it to m4r online ( for eg: https://www.google.co.in/...v.51773540, d.bmk )
aftr converting to m4r, sync the tone with itunes in your pc…
NOTE: It would appear under the "Tones" section and not the "Music " section
now connect your iphone and sync with itunes…
you'll find the tone in ringtones settings…
