What piece of music is the ring-tone from the iPhone 4 named Minuet?
I've been looking for it everywhere but can't seem to find it by just searching Minuet, seeing as there are 50 million songs with the same name, thought someone might recognise it!
As far as i'm aware. 'Minuet', along with other sounds on the list are pre-defined by Apple. They don't take on an actual song as that would involve a lot of Copyright etc…
The 'Minuet' is based on a piece of music called a 'Minuet & Trio'; a French court dance. These were written in the Baroque era of music with composers such as Mozart.

I'm sorry, but Mozart isn't a Baroque composer, but a Classical composer.
I would suggest that you should include the Classical Era as one of the eras where 'Minuet and Trio's are composed, to aviod any misunderstanding.
Apart from that, I would have to agree with you, even though I do not really know, nor have I heard, the 'Minuet' ringtone on the iPhone.

- Would i have Legal issues if i named my iPhone app the same as a current product non-gaming related? Apparently, the name of my iPhone game is the same as a book written by a non-famous author, the book is about super hero's. My game is not about super hero's. Also, when i search google images, the name of my game shows up as the vehicle, Jaguar's icon. Would i have a legal issue to name my game the same as a book and a google image that shows up as Jaguar's icon?

It won't even vibrate when I put it on vibrate. Its brand new, never been used, so I don't think it could be broken. Maybe its on a weird setting. Either way, when someone calls or texts me, I won't know because I can't hear it.
