I have lost contacts on new iphone?

And I have been on hold two times for over 30 min with NO Help

Chill, on your old iPhone, the contacts are still saved. Just plug it onto your computer, back everything up onto iTunes on your computer, remember the name of your old iPhone. Plug your new iPhone and reload the information from your old phone back up saved onto iTunes and you should get your contacts and apps onto your new phone. Then delete what songs, apps and contacts you want.

  • Whatsapp contacts - if they're onnm contacts am I on theirs? I have the phone number of an old friend stored on my iPhone and they also show on my whatsapp contact list… Does this mean that they still have my phone number stored in their phone and also have whatsapp installed on their phone? The chat thing says they haven't been seen since 28th sept? If they didn't have my number on their phone would they still show as one of my contacts on whatsapp?

Recently bought a 2010 Ford Fusion with MS Sync, I upgraded the Sync software last night, and then synced my contacts with the car, now the contacts are gone from my iPhone 4s. I saw them successfully on the car's phone contact list. Coincidence, or an issue?
  • I have a new laptop and have Itunes, I want to make a new, fresh account? Previously My whole family (about 7 devices) were all on one itunes account and one laptop. This caused me to get my dads bagpipe music, my moms Irish music, and my brothers horrible rap music. This laptop is all mine and i want to have my own music. I'm fine with repurchasing all the songs again. But i need to permanently delete all my old itunes files on my iphone now then add it to my new account. Can someone show me how to do that?
