I think you can if you backed your phone up, did you have a cloud app or gmail? I would call your local carrier store and ask for someone who has worked there a while they will be able to tell you for sure.
You would already have to have a copy of it in iTunes on your pc or maybe you already set up iCloud backup. You can sync one of those with a new phone. If you did not have either already done, then the contents are gone. Best luck.

I need to go home and back this weekend without my parents knowing because they are very critical and judgemental of me going home so often.
