I lost my iphone and its on silent? No tracker app?

I was in my basement last night watching a movie and I remember where I was sitting when I last used it. I turned it on silent before I lost it. Last night and this morning I searched for my phone all over that chair. And the chair next to it. I can't find it. I've called it, and it rings, so the battery is not dead. I HAD the Find My iPhone App before I deleted it to get iOS 7. ICloud is turned off (i think, maybe there's a way I can check to see if it is?) and I've been searching the internet for hours and I can't find anything. Can someone please tell me how I can find my phone?

I don't think you can do anything because you turned iCloud off, if that was on you could log onto the computer and turn the tracker app back on or even send a tone but i don't think there's anything you can do but call it and keep listening for the buzz sound

Go onto Find My iPhone on the web and log into your apple id and search for it… You don't need the app for this to work… Also you will find out if iCloud is on… Other than that call the phone company and they can do it for you… They will probably turn the ringer on and make a really anoying beep that can only be turned off when unlocking it.

LOOK for it. If indeed the battery is dead, then you have no other recourse.
