I'm not your typical white girl?

Is it weird that I'm not the typical american girl? I mean I don't like shopping sure I like new clothes but I pretty much only just wear jeans and shirts something comfy. I've never been to Starbucks (which I actually take pride in) I don't have an iPhone but I do have an iPod. I'm not social website obsessed ex. Instagram fb etc. I don't even have a Facebook. I think it's stupid. Also the big "in" show that is going on these days is pretty little liars. I've never seen an episode and don't really have any interest in it. Anther thing that girls my age seem to be obsessing over are selfies and Nutella. I take selfies sure but not every single day of doing a duck face or something. Maybe like a few times in 6 months or so. I've also never tried Nutella. So is it weird that I'm not into the same stuff as all the other girls seem to be? I'm 17 and I feel alone.

Your definitely not alone! I Hate shopping and wish the clothes would just show up in my drawers. I've been to Starbucks but all of their coffees give me headaches, but their seasonal muffins are GOOD! I don't have Facebook or even Instagram on my phone. Though my friend got me into Pretty Little Liars, and you might not be into it because you haven't seen it yet. I have tried Nutella and it is Way to sweet for me, I can't even eat it. And I'm the same way with selfies! So we can be alone together

First off, having Starbucks or Nutella isn't something just white people enjoy. This is 2014. Enough with the ridiculous stereotypes. Secondly, your description tells me that you're not so much a girly girl. Nothing wrong with that. I ain't either. The only thing "girly" about me would be my interest in makeup and fashion. Otherwise, I curse like a sailor, have a strikingly deep (well not that deep) voice for a female, act like Joey from Friends, and will go anywhere by myself unlike most who need to be in a group. My fb I deactivated it since I don't really like to publish my life in internet and I don't like the idea of my friends know what am doing.
