I'm really angry and don't know what to do?

I lent my old iPhone 4S to a "friend" that really needed it. She wanted to keep it and pay me $100 but I said no. I kept asking her for it back but she didn't and now she said her dad took it and sold it and she tried to get it back but her dad said that if she asked him one more time than he would call her parole officer. She said he sold it. My mom wants the phone for my little sister and keeps bothering about it. What should I do?

I told my mom what happened. Took my phone, yelled at me. Can't get it back until I get the 4S says I disobeyed her. She doesn't even understand what I feel!

Take her to small claims court. If she is underage, you will have to sue her parents instead.

I would tell your " friend " to buy u a new 1 or else youll be the 1 calling her parol officer!

Sorry, but I believe its your friends fault. It seems obvious your friend wanted your phone and lied about the situation of her father selling it. It was nice of you to lend it, but try to put yourself in your moms position and see how it feels to have a child to lose an expensive phone.

That's not a real friend if they just stole your phone. Make sure they pay you back for it and then never talk to them again.

Seems like you "friend" is just lying to keep the phone. She must not really be your friend if she is stealing from you. I wouldn't talk to her anymore. And never trust her with anything that belongs to you again. Maybe take her to small claims court? But good luck and hope I helped!
