I don't know my twitter email or password all I know is my username?

I really need help, I don't know my email nor password for my twitter account. I have all of my emails that I can remember in my phone and I just can't remember my password nor email. I have my account on my iphone and it says find me by email. What do I do?

Just try all of the email addresses you have. Can't be that many.

Just click on the option that you have forgot password. It will ask for username or mail id. After that it will send a verification code to your mail id that you had used to sign up for twitter for the 1st time
