I'm trying to switch iPhones but it won't let me transfer purchases?

My new phone broke so I'm trying to use my old phone until it's repaired. Everything has been reset and I want to use my iCloud backup, so I put in my apple id & password, it brings up the last backup i have which was from today. I click it then it says "enter password for apple id 'us@mixrnb.com' to restore purchases made from iTunes and app store" thats nothing close to what my apple id is. I can't restore any of my purchases and I can't make that message say MY apple id. Anyone know why this is happening? I would greatly appreciate a way to fix this, thanks

You need to contact Apple support. Note this actually sounds like it's a stolen phone, if that's the case then what you are trying to do just will not work and what you actually have is a brick disguised as a phone!

The iPhone is tied to your mom's Apple ID. You need to activate this iphone with the Apple ID, then do a backup copy so apple server can detect it. And delete the icloud account and deactivate "Find my iPhone" option. Then restore the device again. You can try it. Good luck. I experienced this problem as well. But it turned out my chip is changed when I went to a store for reparation.
