I.OS 5 doesn't want to update to iOS 6.1.3?
I recently got an iPhone 4 but it has the older version of iOS 5. I want to update it to iOS 7 but first i have to update it to iOS 6.1.3. I tried to do that amd it says 'verifying update' and then after a while it says, 'veryfying the update could not be done because you are no longer connected to the internet'. But i'm connected to the Wi-Fi that i have at home. Any help please?
Why don't you just call apple support?
- Why doesn't my iphone 3 work anymore after ios update? It recently showed on my iphone to update.So, I did and now my phone just flashes the apple sign every 5 seconds, then blank screen for 5 seconds and so on. I tried holding the reset for 10 seconds and no luck. I now have a feeling this update is for only the new iPhones. If that's the case, I really wish it didn't show up on my iphone 3. I guess that's apples way to buy new products from them? I really hope someone can help.
