I restored my iPhone but it still says I can't back it up?
I restored and a message still comes up saying not enough storage to back up to iCloud, I back up through my phone but there's only photos on my iPhone, I'm on the 5GB storage plan?
It sounds like you have somehow gone over 5gb storage. Do you have a lot of photo?
Also is your iPhone the only thing backed up to iCloud or do you have Mac, iPod, iPad ect all backed up. If they're all on the same apple ID then they are all taking up space on the cloud.
I've got two apple IDs on different email address. One for iCloud and one for iTunes (apps ect) This way I get 5GB on each
- Restored unlock iphone 4s and now says replacement needed? I had an unlocked sprint iphone 4s with an att sim card… I restored the phone because i was going to sell it after upgrading and now its saying replacement needed. And won't read a verizon sim card… What do i do?
- My iphone says i'm connected to Wi-Fi but when i try to run something it says i'm not connected? My phone shows signal, it has a check mark by the device but when i try to open an app it says can't find a connection.
- Iphone Wi-Fi connected but still says 3g? I just got the 5S, it says it connected to 3G and Wi-Fi, but won't use my Wi-Fi connection when i try to, how do i fix this? I tried resetting network setting but it still doesn't work, and its getting pretty annoying too!
- I've restored my iPhone 6s plus to factory settings, and set up as a new phone but my photos and contacts are still there? I'm trying to get it out of stuck in headphones mode, I've tried everything else, so the man in Apple shop. Said to restore it to a brand new phone, which I have done but my photos are still there and my contacts, texts and music have gone though?
