I spilled coke on my iPhone 5s. What should I do?
So I was eating and accidentally spilled coke on my iPhone 5s. So far it's working perfectly fine. The speakers are great, when I talk on the phone I can hear them and they can hear me, and the screen is just the same as before. But should I do something before anything bad happens?

Do not rinse out the sticky mess inside. You are lucky it still works. If you rinse it or soap it and rinse it, it would likely be a guaranteed loss. Either use it with its sweet sticky mess inside or take it to an iPhone authorized dealer to take it apart and clean it for you. The components are far too delicate for anyone else to mess around with, no matter how careful you are. I ruined a keyboard, not by cleaning it or rinsing it, just by spilling a bit of water on it and it was a very small amount only in one corner.
I'd just cry. You might want to throw it in a bag of rice over night if you want to be safe, but if it's working fine, it'll probably be okay.
