I want to, but I don't know if can

I want to lose weight but I want to listen to music as well. I kinda feel to shy to exercise home with my family home. I don't have a iPod or iPhone, and there's a gym where I live, but tags in, there's no music. When I listen to music at home I feel pumped up and want to work out but can't. Please help in ways I can't do myself. Sorry for it being so long.

Just buy a cheap mp3 player. There are a lot of inexpensive ones since they're commonplace now and most phones have one built in.
