I want to buy a iPhone but have a blackberry SIM card?
Hi, for Christmas I really want a iPhone 4 or iPhone 5c/5s the problem is I'm tied in to a rolling contract and there's no way of getting out of it without a massive payment, I was wondering if I could use my blackberry SIM card and just but the iPhone hand set? Would it work I know I'd have to get the sim cut but would it work? Also if not does anyone know any ways to get out of a virgin rolling mobile contract thirty pound a month without paying a fee, I have 9 months left!
Just ring your network and request an iPhone SIM and they will send you one FOC. Then you can port your number over if Santa brings you the pressie you want.

2. Yes you could just buy the iPhone, but it would either have to be locked to Virgin or unlocked in order to work

I have a micro sim cutter that I used when I went from iPhone 3G to iPhone 4. If we cut down his sim it will fit in the iPhone, but will he still be able to use Internet and call people? Also, would his network provider be able to send him a new iPhone sim but with the same tariff? Cheers
- Locked iPhone and need sim card to use because I restarted it but i don't have the specific sim I need. Please i'm desperate? Ok so my aunt got me an iPhone from Canada but its sim locked and it says I need to insert a sim card for it to work.
