I want to return my iphone 5?
I upgraded my phone today to a iphone 5. I went to the T-mobile store to upgrade (in the UK). But I've been having a lot of problems with it. The reception is really poor at my house compared to my old phone and the screen is really unresponsive. I have to tap the screen about ten times sometimes before something happens! Also as a side note, the more I use the phone, the more I realise I hate the interface on the iphone and really prefer the android interface.
Would I be able to return this phone? I read elsewhere online that only phones bought online can be returned within 7 days, but not phones bought in store? Any advice?
Just go to the apple store and return it or exchange it. My friend had an iphone 4 and she dropped it in the toilet by accident and went to the apple store and they did a free replacement so maybe its possible
Go back to the Tmobile shop with it.
They may have a goodwill change-of-mind policy.
- If I broke my Iphone 4s 16gb can I return it and get an Iphone 4S 32gb? It's still under a warranty so I can return it to get a new one I know, but the 16 is a little small so I was wondering that when I return it would it be possible to upgrade my GB as well? Does it cost more? Would I basically be paying for a new phone instead of the 50$ it is to get it replaced? I have AT&T.
- I dropped my Iphone, i want to return it? I don't know if this is illegal or not But i just bought my iphone5 4 days ago And i dropped it! I broke the edges. Can i return it to the store and get refund for it? And, is this illegal? Would they accept my iPhone? And what is the good reason why i want to return my iphone 5?
- Found an iPhone but want to return it? So I found an iPhone 4 or 5, I'm not sure. But I'm not a total ***** and I'd like to return it to its owner. Having a hard time, phone has a password, can't access contacts. How can I find the owner?
- Can I return Paid iPhone Game Apps from my Laptop back to my iPhone? In order to save GB Storage from my iPhone, I moved some of my games that took a lot of memory and put it on my Laptop Hard drive for safe keeping. Now that I have a little bit more room now, I would like to play those games again. Problem is I don't know how to return them. Just to be clear, yes I paid for them. I simply moved them and delete them from iPhone/itunes and moved them to my Laptop Hard drive for temporary storage.
