ICloud locked and locked to carrier iPhone?

My iPhone 6 plus that I got recently has been locked to a network. I don't know which network however I can be able to pay for the unlocking. For the iCloud lock that I've been told there's but not shure because I need to fix the phone (it's missing the LCD however I know that it works because you can connect it to iTunes) do you know any places that will help to unlock the iPhone (it can be online) and for the iCloud unlocking I was thinking of unlocking it for free online? Anyone help?

Anyone help? You did not tell us where you got the phone. If it is iCloud locked, that was someone else's phone - and you got it at a "really good price" from the person who did not own it, it probably very difficult to find and most likely the phone was stolen or "found". The person who sold you the phone needs to unlock the iCloud part - and if they can't, then get your money back. There's no hack, workaround or app that will break that lock - it is a security lock designed to make the phone useless for resale. Yy You won't get around the icloud lock, only the original owner can wipe that off.
