Very easy, simply see what IP address is used to log into the account. If you're worried about being tracked then you shouldn't be doing illegal things

Edit: You missed my point, why would they care about your Apple ID when they know where you live? It would be utterly pointless to find out your Apple ID as it has nothing to do with the case. Your question is irrelevant if they have better evidence (Your IP Address)
