If somone blocks my number on an iphone can I ring them if I don't send caller id?
I turned send my number off, and tried to ring, and it started ringing? Would this have made her phone ring?
Well Obviously she doesn't want to talk to you. Even if it did ring I'm fairly sure she wouldn't picked up a intentionally blocked number. Move on my friend plenty of other fish in the ocean.

This unknown number keeps ringing me, and i thought if someone blocked their numbers (on iphones) it comes up as no caller ID so i'm not sure if it is still a blocked number or a number that can't come trhough. But when i answer nobody speaks and they've rang one of my friends so its not a scam phone call also they don't speak at all so if it was a company of some sort they must of spoken so its probably a prank call but i wanna know the difference to make sure.

Also, when i try to put it on speaker, it goes off speaker in a couple seconds.
