If you put an Iphone4s simcard into an iphone 4 will it take on 4s characteristics?
My iphone 4s cracked and I tried to repair it and failed (dumb screws got stripped). Anyway, I put my new phone (the 4s)'s simcard into my old 4.Is there a way that this can gain 4s traits like Siri?
A SIM is a SIM. It adds nothing to the capabilities of the phone.
No sorry it's what the phone can do not the sim card the phone does everything the SIM card carries the data.

Dude it doesn't affects at all to the sim. In case you may put your sim even in the nokia 3rd generation mobile it doesn't gets affected at all. In general if you put your memory/sd card in any other device sometimes you may need to reboot the device twice or thrice depending upon your Device OS
