IMessage problem on iPhone 4s? - 1
I just got my boyfriend an iPhone 4S a couple days ago. The problem we're having, is his phone sends messages out as an iMessage but receives messages as a text. So for example, when he texts me, on my end, it shows up as an iPhone but then when I send him a message it sends as a text and is green, not blue. I have iMessage turned on in settings and he has his phone and email both set for iMessage. This is very frustrating. Any ideas how to fix it?
Did you update to iOS 7? If so this is a common problem. I think they're working on it.
I would look at the Apple Community Forums and see if this is a common problem.
- What to do to fix this problem with my iPhone and iMessage? So everytime I scroll through my attachments and pictures with people on iMessage it just scrolls right back up to the first picture. It won't let me scroll through at all without going back up. Is there something I can do to fix this?
- Jailbroken iPhone 4 iMessage problem When I jailbroke my iphone (it was on 6.1.2 I'm pretty for sure) I could see imessage attachments just fine. Now I can see them just in the little box before you click to view but when I click to see it, it's just a white screen with the format. I really don't know how to fix it? Any help? - IPhone can't send iMessage to iPod touch user with iMessage? At random times, whenever I try to iMessage my friend who has just a iPod Touch, where you type in the message will say "Text Message" instead of "iMessage." is there a way to fix this so it will always send as a iMessage instead of Text?
