Instagram video sound won't work on my iPhone?
My sound won't work for the instagram videos. It works for listening to music and watching videos on other apps but not instagram. I can hear the sound if I log into instagram on the computer but not my phone. Did anyone else have this problem? And if so, how do you fix it?
Your phone can't be on silent.
If you look on the side of your phone where the volume button is there will be a little button type thing and it will be orange a little bit and just slide that button up at it should work.
Those comments are arrogant and rude. I would like to know why the sound for taking videos on my Instagram will no work. Can anyone help? My iPhone is completely fine… The sound is on. And nothing is wrong with it. Somebody who knows about this kind of thing please help.
My I pad is doing it too the sound is on and the volume is up yours is like my iPad. Nothing is wrong with it it works on everything else Facebook and everything but not on Instagram and I don't know what to do either I wonder what it is if I find any further details I will let you know.

Ok now I feel pretty stupid I just posted a comment saying I had the same problem They recently updated my instagram automatically and they had the sound bars in the corner which once the video starts you have to click them
Guest 10-18-14! I had the same issue and all I found was "turn in the sound button" or "your phone must be on silent". You solved my Instagram problem this morning!
Yes you must hit the sound bars in the right hand corner… Even when the phone sound setting is on
