Snapchat won't record sound, but my phone gets sound on videos?
Okay, summoning all the tech detectives here. For months, my Snapchat records a very muffled (almost like its underwater) sound, but you can't reallt hear it. I can't explain it, but the sound is inaudible and muffled. The weird thing is, the problem is only and exclusively on Snapchat. If I record a phone video, the sound is clear as day. I have an iphone. Any thoughts?

I want to use Tre Melvin's videos or Freddy_E's video's on youtube as an example. I' ve looked around an just can't find what I'm looking for. I turned off cellular data on my 5s and and made sure both data and LTE were working on my 6s but it still isn't working.
- My snapchat won't let me record and send videos? So I have an iPhone 4s, and I recently got the update in which you can send videos to friends. The problem is that my phone won't record a video. I know that you are supposed to press and hold the camera button, but whenever I do that, the screen just turns black and there's no video recorded. I can receive videos just fine, I'm just having problems taking the video. Also, I've tried deleting and then redownloading the app.
