IOS 6 won't activate and doesn't read the sim card?
I recently updated my iPhone 3GS to IOS 6 and when I go through every thing it says Could not activate iphone, try connecting your Iphone to Itunes to activate it" but when the iphone is in power with itunes it reads the phone and asks for a sim card, but doesn't read the sim card I have in it it is an AT&T sim card.
I don't think that iOS 6 is compatible with anything lower than the 4.
- Why Iphone 4S won't read T-mobile Sim card even though factory unlocked? I have an iphone 4S and it reads Att sim card no problem, i had the phone factory unlocked and it even said Congratulations your iPhone is unlocked after i restored it in iTunes, but all it says is no service i tried two different T-Mobile sim cards. I even checked my imei number online and it said the phone was factory unlocked. Is there anything i can try, i've never ran across something like this.
- My iPhone 5 says I need a sim card to activate, and I have Verizon I was trying to restore my phone and in the process of doing that it now is asking for me to insert a sim card. I have Verizon and we don't require sim cards. What is my next step? Also, my phone has not yet been activated. This requiring of the sim card is keeping me from activating it.
- Is tbere any major différence between thé iPhone 6 and the 6s? Whooppeee is Xmas again and my daughter wants new 2nd hand) iPhone… 2 years ago almost bought her 5 before i réaliséd that it was 5s she wanted ( cos thé 5 sucks?) And I don't want to screw up this year…
- Iphone 4s is stuck on connect to itunes screen and won't read sim card? So i recently purchased a second hand iphone 4s. it is stuck on that screen that says "iphone slide to unlock, then select language, country, Wi-Fi, connect to itunes" i have connected it to itunes but it is not reading the sim. So itunes says please insert a sim and disconnect and restart". the iphone dose have a sim in it. But i'm not sure what to do. Please help x Also the phone is unlocked.
