Ios7- CALLING All APPLE/iPHONE PEOPLE?
I'm aware that I have to buy the developer program through apple to download ios7.
If i download the developer program, am I going to be able to download the new ios? Is it a hard or easy process? What are the steps? If I buy the program, is it legal? I'm relatively good with computers so that wouldn't be a problem for me, I just want to know what to expect.

Added (1). Also-- would it be easier to download it from a site (sketchy) or just pay the $99? If I buy it will it definitely work?
You can become a developer by paying the $ but why not just wait until the real iOS 7 comes out free?
The ios 7 is in beta 1, it very buggy and most apps do not work.
also calling and mms don't work for some.
there will be 3-6 more betas til its released.
once update to ios 7 you can't go back

I have a iphone 4 and I keep getting calls from people saying that I called them first, and I know didn't, their numbers aren't even in my recents.
