IPHONE 4 SCREEN IS TURNED ON BUT BLACK SCREEN?
I updated it to the ios7 update on the 18th and last night i was checking instagram and the screen just went white. I left it over night and it was black in the morning so I plugged it into the charger. I know its on because my alarm was going off but the screen is still black. Please Help I NEED MY PHONE TO WORK. I don't have an apple store near me either.
Have you tried holding down the power button?
Hold power and homebutton or plug it in the pc and click restore
- Someone airdroped around 200 photos to me a few times and when I accepted the third time my phone screen turned black When I open it now it says it needs charging and turns on when I hold on button for a few seconds. So i tried to restart.yah know home and power button. The music turned off and the screen stayed black. No silver apple came up. Its been 45 minutes and i still can't get it to turn on It had 80% and i'm currently charging it. I know Spencer dropped his in the toilet twice and it stil works
