IPhone 4 stuck on Apple logo which keeps flashing every 5 sec?

I had changed my battery and this problem started. Battery is brand new. I connected to iTunes for restore but showed me error 21, then 11, then 3004, and so on.

You shouldn't mess around with the hardware in your iphone if you want changes to be made take it to a professional, (unless you are a pro). Let the pros take responsibility for messing with the hardware. But the apple store may solve your issue.
