IPhone 4 stuck on recovery mode
I was upgrading my iPhone 4 from my device (not using the computer and the iTunes).
Then i realized that i didn't backup before i started the upgrade. The installation was almost half way and i was afraid that when it is going to install it all of my stuff will be gone, so what i did was quiting the upgrade by pressing home and lock buttons together and not it says that i need to connect my iphone to itunes (recovery mode).
I tried everything to exit recovery mode i tried pressing i tried recboot and tinyumbrella and they didn't work.
I have to get my phone back and i really can't delete my stuff they are really important.
Maybe before it upgraded it backed up my iphone automatically? Maybe i can backup now on recovery? The only way to turn on my phone is to restore it and i'm dead if all of my deta will get lost!
Please tell me if there's a chance that my stuff have backed up or after i will restore it will come back. I don't know what to do help!
Hey This is unfortunate but if you did it through the phone and you have NEVER backed up the phone to icloud or to the computer then the data is gone.once a update is in progress NEVER stop it other wise you lose everything it will stop putting the OS on the phone and leave it blank until you restore it.

- IPhone is stuck in recovery mode? ITunes said I needed to update, so I did. However, halfway through the update, it stopped, and my iphone went into 'recovery mode'. When I tried to reconnect to itunes, it said I had to restore the iphone; I do not want to sacrifice any of the things I have on there:/.
- Iphone 5c stuck in recovery mode and Itunes won't recognize the phone, or that its in recovery mode? I tried updating to IOS 8 and it has the connect to itunes screen. Well i plugged it into my computer and opened itunes and got no notifications or anything. I really don't know what to do. I've seen online something about DFU mode… But i don't know what that is, is it jailbreaking? Will it erase my phone? Also. My phone is not backed up so help please.
- IPhone 4g stuck in Recovery mode? My wife's iPhone 4g is stuck in recovery mode and we can't get it out of recovery, and iTunes won't successfully restore. Her sister had Attempted to update the phone, Then the phone went into recovery mode and it's stuck there. Nothing is working, and looking online the is happening to a lot of people trying to update. What's going on? How can I fix this?
