IPhone 4 with iOS 7 Beta 3 Error?
I recently just updated my iPhone 4 to iOS 7 beta 3 over the air. Updated fine, but now the phone goes to the apple screen, goes black, and starts again and again. What can i do?

Because you don't have a Dev account. Just restore your phone to 6.1.3 and wait until the official release of iOS 7.
You probably need to register your device's UDID with an Apple developer account, through a site like http://www.instantudid.com/.It's only $5, and then you won't have activation issues with iOS 7.
