To be honest, it isn't to dissimilar to the current iPhone and it is just smaller than the 5 and slightly slower. So yes, I would say it is still worth it, especially as it will be cheaper than the iPhone 5 and when it was first released. Oh and I believe that it's getting IOS7 when it is released!

The A4 (iPhone 4 processor) is showing it's age. I wouldn't trust it to run iOS 7, I don't know how well it even handles 6.
