IPhone 4S crashed? Help, please?
About an hour ago, My brand new, Black 16GB IPhone 4S was working completely fine. I just tried to check for notifications/text messages, and when pressing the home button it would not turn on? I had around 60% battery left on the phone.
I've tried:
-Holding the home and power button at the same time.
-Charging it.
-Holding the home button.
Any ideas on how to fix the situation? Any answers are better than nothing.
My usual answer would be to hold down the home and power button down at the same time for about 10 seconds and see if you see the white Apple logo, but since you've already done that and other usual things that would help this situation, I think the most you can do now is just go tot he Apple store and see if they can help you.
- My Iphone four crashed mid update and now won't restart? I downloaded the latest update, and in the middle of it, my phone shuts off. Now, whenever I turn it on it just says plug into itunes, and I can't do anything else. It says I need to restore to original factory settings and lose all my data, which I Really don't want to do. Does anyone know if there's a way to solve this so I don't have to lose all my data? Yes I have apples site and they only have one thread about it for the recent crash and it is unanswered.
- My iphone crashed while updating? I just got a new iphone 5 and it was working perfectly when I got it. I went home today to update it, and while updating an error occurred. Now the iphone is stuck on the screen where it tells you to connect the iphone to itunes, but it doesn't appear on itunes. I tried reinstalling itunes and everything, but nothing seems to work.
