Iphone 4s incorrect Wi-Fi password?
When trying to connect to my hub at home my phone won't connect and gives the incorrect password error. I tried connecting with a starbucks down the road and I was able to connect but that was an unsecure network. I don't know if this is relevant but my phone is unable to backup on itunes as well due to an unkown error.
I've done everything aside from a full restore as I can't back up my phone so any advice would be great thanks
Try disconnecting then re-connecting. Simple but it works.
The guy just said he can't connect. How would he disconnect? You are worthless!
I have the same problem. Phone won't back-up either. Says incorrect password when I know it's the right password.
For what it's worth, I have figured out that when my router is set to 2.4 GHz, this happens on both my iPhone and MacBook Air. When I change my router to 5.0 GHz, both connect fine. (unfortunately, many of my other devices don't do 5 GHz, *sigh*)
