Iphone 4s not showing up as device in computer?
I have an iphone 4s and before when I connected it to my laptop it would show up in the my computer folder and also in itunes. Now, it only shows up in itunes, but doesn't want to show up in my computer. It's completely aggravating because I need to transfer things from my phone to my laptop.
The only thing that shows up is this photo stream but that is not what I want. It should have my device connected in my computer folder.
Do you have an apple computer?
Try to connect your Phone with Mac. Another is to uninstall your apple software and install again and reboot your computer after installation. Hope it helps you.
- Will my jailbreak on one device transfer to another device via iTunes? So I bought an iPhone 5 today and I'm afraid to sync it to my Apple ID/ iTunes because my 8GB iPod is also synced to that iTunes account and its jailbroken. I don't want my jailbroken iPod to affect my iPhone 5. Will it affect it? I don't think it will but I just want to make sure before I sync it for the first time.
- Why is a different device showing up as my icloud backup? My apple ID is used for my iphone, ipad, and my friends iPhone. Usually the bottom icloud thing says "Danielle's iPad" but today I noticed it says my friends iphone. Why is it showing this and what does it mean? I don't want my friends stuff syncing to my devices and vice versa.
- How do you stop calls coming from one device coming to your device from iCloud (apple iPhone)? I'm 13 and i don't have a credit card so i use my mums account and since my phone and her phone has the same icloud, her calls come into MY phone and i've tried making a new apple id but it won't work so how can i stop it (i've already logged out on my phone) so how can i stop it?
- My DCIM files are not showing on my computer? Ok I use to have an android and switched to an iPhone. I put all my pictures on my sim card on the DCIM file. I no longer have the android so the sim card was my only backup. I plugged the sim card into my computer and the DCIM file is empty. How can I get those files back? Do i need to plug it into an old phone? Or can I not get these anymore? Please help. I have tons of memories in my pictures and really want to see them.
