Iphone 4s restarts with apple logo and loading bar?

I have an iphone that i have never used it was given to me by a family member. The only thing it does is turn on and show either an apple logo by itself or with a empty loading bar under neath the apple, then eventually the apple grays out and a little line appears randomly on the screen in a different place and different color every time then it goes black. I've tried a hard reset and putting it into dfu mode or recovery mode, but it will get to the very end where it tells me to leave the iphone plugged into itunes, but after a few seconds the iphone starts to do the same thing, restarting over and over with either an apple logo or an apple logo with a loading bar, sometimes ill get to a point where i'm able to activate the phone and set up the language and everything but then it just shuts down and does the same thing over and over, is there any solution to this? Is anyone else experiencing these issues?

Take it to the Apple store if it's still under warranty for a replacement…
But if not buy a new iPhone 5S (64GB Gold)

  • My phone is connected to the internet but doesn't show the Wi-Fi bar logo? So I was in the middle of watching a video until my phone died. I charged it and waited for it to restart again. It did but didn't connect to the Wi-Fi after at least waiting 15 seconds for it to connect. I opened the settings app and checked if it was connected. It was connected with a check mark but there was no Wi-Fi bar logo. I was confused and tried watching some videos (which didn't work). Does anyone have a solution to this? P.S, I have a iPhone 6s for anyone who is curious.
  • My iPhone won't back up because the loading bar won't move? My ios is 4.3.3 and when I try to back up the iPhone on iTunes it won't work. I tried deleting the Backup folder in the iTunes mobile sync folder, but it still dosen't work, I waited 12 hours for it to backup.
  • My iPhone is stuck on the apple logo (the loading screen) It won't turn off and if it does it automatically turns itself off within 5 seconds. I don't know what to do. I've tried following several steps from various websites and i'm at a loss.anybody have any extra tips?

My iPhone 5s fall down inside the water I dried it for a few days then I took it to the repair shop the battery broke down I changed the battery it works but the screen is full of water and the phone screen suddenly turn to blue color and restarts the phone
