IPhone 5s screen randomly stops working?
I have the iPhone 5s and all of sudden the touch screen will not work. Right when I'm scrolling through or even in the middle of a text the screen freezes. I know my phone isn't frozen because the home button and lock button still work. The only way that I've figured out works isn that if I lock my phone and then unlock it it will temporarily fix the screen for a couple minutes and then it will freeze up again. I've done so many hard resets and shutdowns… Any reasonable explanation?

This happens with my iPhone 5s too but not so much. What I usually do is lock it and clean the scree with a rag. You have to remember to turn off your phone every now and then because having it on all the time will make problems like that happen. I'm not saying turn your phone off every hour just turn it off when you go to bed. Other than that I'm not sure what else to do. The touch screen problem usually goes away for me after that. Was listening to iheart radio from my ihome when music randomly stopped now nothing has volume, vibrate button is off when I go to which videos the volume bar isn't even there to turn it up or down. When I press the side volume button it says ringer speaker icon is full but no matter if I press it up or down it doesn't move, what could be the problem?
- Photo acquistion stops working while importing photos/videos from iphone? I plug in my Iphone 5s and I choose to import videos/photos from computer on the start menu. I'm using windows 7 and I already have checked for updates in the control panel. Anybody know how to help?
