No. You can get it unlocked after 90 days continuous service with straighttalk.

Will an AT&T iPhone 5 work with straight talk if i order one of the AT&T compatible sim cards off the ST website? I use an AT&T compatible ST SIM card with an AT&T LG Quantum C900. Also, could I get an AT&T iPhone 5 from an AT&T store without putting it on a plan or no?

My phone has $45 service plan active right now, my SIM card is just malfunctioning, so I need a new one. Or do I have to do it when I refill, no other option?
