IPhone 6 making calls on its own to numbers thats are not on my contacts?

I have an iPhone 6 and family sharing on it with my boyfriend because we have an apple music account together. Today a number called me, a number that I didn't have saved, and I asked my boyfriend to look it up on his phone and the number was saved to his contacts. I called the number back and the person said that I had called them earlier, the crazy part was that I hadn't, my number even showed up on the persons call log but I had no record or the call on my log. How could this have happened?

Are you sure, you are just taking the word of a stranger for it?

  • Mobile calls random numbers? I just got an iphone 4s on an optus plan. I have had a recurring problem when making voice calls. I will select a contact from my contact list and press "call". The phone then says… "calling" but I'm connected to a random number, not my contact. this has happened several times. What is going on?
  • Iphone 5s sometimes not making outward calls? Lately, my iphone has been having some kind of issue with making outbound calls. When I try to call someone, it has no ring tone, its just silent… For minutes until I just give up. It says its calling the person, but on my end it doesn't, I don't know if they are receiving my attempts to call but I don't think so. I do this like 2-3 times before it actually makes the call successfully. Why is it doing this and how can I fix it?
  • IPhone 5c on T-Mobile incoming calls not showin phone numbers is there away to convert back? Whenever I receive a phone call it shows up unknown caller or the persons name who it's registered to or where they are calling from instead of the phone number. It wasn't always like this it started doing this about a week ago and I haven't changed any setting. I have looked in the settings and I have tried restoring my iphone but the problem still exists is there away to change this or should I call customer support?
  • Iphone 5 making own selections? My iPhone's screen has been broken for a few weeks and I've been using it anyway while I find a cheap place to get it fixed. Anyway while using my iPhone it can start making random selections like entering a random app or something. Anyone who knows what's wrong and if it will be fixed by changing the screen?
