Iphone 5s sometimes not making outward calls?
Lately, my iphone has been having some kind of issue with making outbound calls. When I try to call someone, it has no ring tone, its just silent… For minutes until I just give up. It says its calling the person, but on my end it doesn't, I don't know if they are receiving my attempts to call but I don't think so. I do this like 2-3 times before it actually makes the call successfully.
Why is it doing this and how can I fix it?

- No reception in apartment, iphone app for making calls and texting through wi-fi? I've got an iphone 5 with t-mobile, the apartment i live in gives me literally no reception at all. But as soon as i step out of it, i get an immidiate 3-4 bars, so I figured it's just my apartment. Does anyone know of any iphone apps that can use my phone number to make calls and text through wi-fi while still allowing me to keep my t- mobile service? So that i can still get calls and texts while in my apartment?
