It may have been so dead it has to charge a bit before it can turn back on. If it doesn't turn back on, you probably need a new battery.

- Traveling overseas. Need to charge my e cig which i normally charge thru a usb adapter plugged into an iphone charging block Is it safe to charge it like this when the power is 220? Will my e cog get fried or does the charging block regulate the current output?

- My iphone died and it won't turn back on? It died last night and I put it on the charger and nothing happens not even the battery symbol comes up. I do have the iOS 7. I can't restart it because my home button doesn't work and i have to use assistive touch. It won't show up on itunes when i tried to plug it in.
