Iphone always searching for signal?
I have an iPhone 4s. I updated to iOS 8 earlier today, but it made my phone so slow that I decided to go back to iOS 7. I restored my phone back to iOS 7, but now in corner it either says "searching" or "no signal". Also, when I go to my voicemail it says "visual voicemail is currently unavailable". I tried restarting my phone and it didn't help. What should I do? I really don't want to have to go back to iOS 8.
I would just go back to iOS 8 and wait for future iOS 8 updates. I'm on iOS 8 on my iPhone 5s and it is very slow and laggy, but I'm sure in the very near future, Apple will seed out future updates for iOS 8 which will greatly improve iOS 8. The same exact thing happened with iOS 7 first came out, then with time, Apple seeded updates to iOS 7, which greatly improved the performance of iOS 7.
My advice, go back to 8, enjoy the new features, and be patient for future updates to iOS 8.
- Sprint Iphone 4 goes from 5 bars to No service and Searching? I called sprint and they tried everything on their end and told me to reset the network settings, even resetting the entire phone, and nothing helped. I read somewhere that the antenna is touchy on these phones and wearing a case may help? I would like to hear any fixes and if anyone else has had these issues. It worked completely fine the first day I had it and then it just started losing service for no reason.

- Searching.after IOS 6 iPhone Update - Lost Signal completely? Have just updated my iPhone 4S to IOS 6, and now have lost my network completely. Instead of Orange i now have "Searching… ". I have gone to settings > general > reset > reset network settings and also "reset all settings", still nothing… Anyone else experienced this?
- My Iphone 3gs says no service/searching. What can I do? I have a 3gs that has been unlocked. The TMobile sim card is in, but it says searching/no service. The carrier does say TMobile. I went through troubleshooting with TMobile and nothing. IOS is 6.0.1 and baseband is 05.16.08.
