IPhone iCloud backup not working

My iPhone 4 is backed up onto iCloud on iTunes. It has never gave me any problems before, but currently my ICloud won't back up my data. It has a error code that there's not enough space on my iPhone, should I reset it to factory mode and try restoring it?

ICloud normally only gives you 5 gb of storage and of you want more you have to pay for it… See if there's anything on here but if you want more storage you need to buy it

  • Is there a way(without computer)to move my texts from my iPad to my IPhone? ICloud backup? Had to restore phone to last backup and lost texts? Hi, yesterday I had to reset my phone (IPhone 8 plus) to factory default and restore it to its last backup (April 15th). I also have an iPad mini, which everything is Synced. I got everything back on my phone (up to date) except my text messages. I'm not able to access my computer right now and have read you can get them back my backing up you messages to ICloud. Is there anything I can do to get them back on my phone (they are still on my iPad mini), without using my Mac?
  • IPhone not working, icloud backup problem? My iphone won't let me use it or power it off and on the screen it has a message saying: 'iCloud Backup, This iPhone hasn't been backed up in 3 weeks. Backups happen when this iPhone is plugged in, locked and connected to Wi-Fi' I've tried plugging it into itunes and nothings coming up and I need my phone to work again by tomorrow, It won't power off or let me use the iPhone itself. When I backup my iphone on my mac with iTunes it only takes up 2.3Gb Apple webstie says itunes backup will backup your phone exactly as it is and that iCloud only backs up important information. So why does backing my iphone take 4.7GB of iCloud space but backing up my iphone with itunes takes up only 2.3gb of space on my mac?
