IPhone ios6 update restore
I tried to update my phone today but I had to do it through iTunes as the software was so low that I had no choice to. Anyway I did it and it didn't work and on the phone there was a picture of a USB and the iTunes logo and the only option was to restore it. I restored it and it said iphone could not be restored 3014 I don't know what it means I'm so upset is it broken? Am i going to have to get a new phone?
Make sure your phone is on the charger when you do the update, i don't think it should be broken, sounds like it was just an error message. Hope that helped
Are you able to try a different USB cable?
Try rebooting the laptop and try again

- Wi-Fi won't won't work on iPhone 4s after ios6 update I have tried resetting my network settings that didn't work then proceeded to reset all my settings but yet it still didn't work. When i tap on Wi-Fi it will not let me turn it on its all grey and blurred out. I have tried everything possible. Any suggestions or know how to fix this problem?
