Iphone locked up. How do you unlock it with out passcode?
How can you reset an iphone with itunes if you do not know the pass code. I have connected to itunes account but it will not connect to my itunes without my son's pass code and he can't remember it.
For iCloud password there's no help. For other passwords you need to erase the phone. Restore it
Put your iPhone in recovery mode (Plug-In Lightning or 30 pin cable to the computer with iTunes + Hold Power and Home until you see a cable and a iTunes Logo) On the computer iTunes will see the iPhone in recovery mode, reset the phone. Once its resetted, setup the iphone until it says "Restore from iTunes Backup" select the latest backup from itunes, and your done! Apps should start downloading, and settings and wallpapers are restored and you can setup a new passcode.
You have to restore the phone using DFU mode https://support.apple.com/.../kb/ht1808. Oh, I hope he remembers his itunes password or can reset his password otherwise you're screwed.
