IPhone power button stuck down?
My iPhone button won't come back up it still works and stuff but I can't power it off
How long have you had the phone? If its under a year, you can contact apple and they'll replace it for free.

I had the same problem before except with my home button so I couldn't leave the app I was on.
What I done was I got a Philips #00 screwdriver (Your iPhone may be different, depends. But look at the screws in the bottom or your iPhone and see, if the engravings are like a cross, it's a Philips #00 screw, if the screws are shaped like a star, those are called, 5 pointalobe screws, they are specially manufactured by apple, and those type of screw drivers are more likely to be found on eBay or something.) but anyway, take off the two screws on the bottom and slide the back off the phone & then follow the 'iFixit' guide on how to get to the button. Then once your at the button, simply loosen it and it'll be as good as new.
- Why is my power button on my iPhone 4 so hard to push down? My iPhone power button didn't used to be this hard to push down. Why is it like that? Is there a way to fix it? Should I go into Verizon and have them fix it?
