IPhone problem with no service?
IIm currently on straight talk with my iPhone 4. I bought an iPhone 5s but it's has "no service ". And IIm having trouble having my number on this new iPhone, that I bought on eBay.
Chances are you need to contact your phone company to activate the new phone. If you haven't already, you need to activate the SIM card. Call customer support, they will tell you to turn off your old phone to temporarily disconnect it from any network and you have to give the phone company the information of the SIM card in your new phone, which can be found in "settings" in the subcategory "general" in the "about" settings. They will most likely ask for the IMEI, CCID, or MEID. Then they will do the rest for you and your phone should start working after a few hours.
- Unlocked Iphone t-mobile no service problem? So i bought a prepaid activation kit from amazon and activated it today. I inserted the micro into my factory unlocked iphone 4 and the No service text shows. I really don't know why this is happening. I'm pretty sure its factory unlocked and i put $30 in the account. I'm running ios 5.1.1.
- Searching for a free Wi-Fi service or, a low-cost Wi-Fi service for myself? Have recently lost everything and must be able to search the web to find help. I do have phone service, no Wi-Fi. Have iphone and apple laptop. Any replies/answers are much appreciated… Thank you.
- Same network, Iphone 5 only receiving Edge service, Iphone 4 receiveing 3g service? Running IOS 6.1.2 on Iphone 5, 6.1 on Iphone 4 Both on O2 Can't get 3g service on iphone 5. Iphone 4 can and they are both in the same room, any ideas why?
- New iPhone won't get service but my older iPhone gets service? I just got a 6s and went to the Verizon store to get my upgrade. I used to have a 5s. My 5s is still getting service and my 6s is not. I turned off cellular data on my 5s and and made sure both data and LTE were working on my 6s but it still isn't working.
