Iphone straight talk phone won't send or receive calls or texts?

Earlier tonight I tried to make a phone call and got the message "We're sorry, verizon was unable to authenticate your phone" and then told me to call #8899 which I did and I talked to a man who had no idea what I was talking about and forwarded my call to straight talk where I talked to a woman for an hour and a half and all she had me do was turn my phone on and off again and keep trying to call people. She was absolutely no help and told me to try again tomorrow. However I can't stand straight talks customer service and I'm about sick of it and I've only been on their plan for a week. Less than that actually. I've had problems with them the whole time I've been with them. I did used to be with verizon but it was way too expensive which is why I think is the reason I just got that message today when I tried to make a call. I've been able to use my phone for 4 days and never had a problem with making calls or texts before tonight. I would Really appreciate it if someone could help me out.
