Iphone Text Privacy: make a text come up but not include the message?
A friend of mine has her Iphone set to when a text comes up on her lockscreen, it says the contact but it just says "imessage" where the text should be.

Any idea how I set that up? She said someone did it for her and had no idea how to do it.
There's a setting just look under messages it says something like show preview
Go to settings/notification center/messages. Make sure that "Show Preview" is turned off. You can also turn notifications off altogether (I only have Badge App Icon on and I have it set up (in sounds) to play a sound when I get a text message. I do not get the notification popup.
- Will my message be delivered if sent as text message on iphone? My friend said that she was having phone problems earlier today. My message was being sent as an imessage, but I guess she wasn't receiving everyone of them, just getting the notifications that they were sent to her but she couldn't read them. I then responded to her, but it was sent as a text message this time and i have gotten no response. I'm not as much concerned about her responding or not, I just want to know if she will receive the message.
- Why is my iphone making the message tone but no message? My iphone, for the first ever time made the message tone and I have no message? There's no app on my phone that makes the same sound either I have checked, apart from tweet on settings, but I don't even have twitter… I received a message 20 Minuits before this happened but I read it and replied… I have a lot of storage on my phone so it can't be that either… So what is it?
- Why is Apple so keen to push USB-C with their Macbooks but they don't include USB-C on the iPhone? It seems like the Macbook department at Apple thinks USB Type C is the best thing since sliced bread but the iPhone department thinks USB Type C is work of the devil.
- Is tbere any major différence between thé iPhone 6 and the 6s? Whooppeee is Xmas again and my daughter wants new 2nd hand) iPhone… 2 years ago almost bought her 5 before i réaliséd that it was 5s she wanted ( cos thé 5 sucks?) And I don't want to screw up this year…
