IPhone verticle/horizontal lines, mostly purple?
My iPhone screen was replaced not long ago, and ever since this weird thing has happened to my screen, this is what happens:
After opening phone, screen begins to fade into purple lines, vertical and a few horizontal, it's hard to explain, but the horizontal ones are usually across text. The higher the brightness the quicker it happens, when it has fully happened I can't use the touch, but can still slightly see what was on the screen. I'm more than sure it's not a moisture damage problem as my phone has never been near water, any advice as how to fix it would be greatly appreciated!

I think that a faulty screen was fitted to your iPhone when they repaired it, you need to contact the store and ask for them to fit a new one free of charge.

- IPhone 4s screen replacement has black vertical and horizontal lines. Can I fix this? I dropped and cracked my iPhone 4s's screen so I ordered a new one. I installed the new screen and turned on the phone only to find that the screen will only have black lines going up, down and across. You can see some color coming through from behind the black lines. Is this a faulty screen or is there something I can try to do and fix this? I tried plugging my old broken screen back in and it works fine.

The part I can touch is still working but I still can't use my phone because the part that's lit up is so little. Can I just get a screen replacement? When I turn it on it looks like there's a big crack but when it's off it's gone. Your help is appreciated.
