Not at all. Nokia's new Lumia range is great at photography. Sony's Xperia series have redefined smartphone photography. Samsung's newer smartphones are pretty good at photography but not as photography-dedicated as some Lumias and Xperias.
Nokia lumia has the highest camera, but it is kin of unnecessary, like 41 megapixels isn't much different than 10 megapixels, and besides the camera, its not that great of a phone, you be best off with a galaxy S3 (8 megapixels) or a Galaxy S4 (13 megapixels) literally the Galaxy S4 and the Nokia Lumia look basically the same, but yes, nokia lumia has the best camera, but if your looking for a phone with other high qualities, go with the Galaxy S4 or S3. I phone camera definition: I phone 1-4s (5 megapixels) I phone 5, 5s, and 5c: (8 megapixels).
