Honestly if you want to be organized do it. But if you think it would be hard to see the apps then keep them out. Person experience is that keep them in folders but label them precisely.
(Ex. Folder [NFSU, Fast and Furious 5, Asphalt 4, Asphalt 5] {Racing Games})
Folder [Field Runners, Field Runners 2] {Tower Defense}
It's entirely up to you. With iOS 7 you can have as many folders as you want, and as many apps in each folder as you want (almost), so you can arrange things in any way you want.

When I open a folder it doesn't show any apps, but i have Fruit Ninja, Flappy Bird etc. In the folder and i just can't see the apps.
